well im going to there on saturday 4rom sanfrancisco ca. and i just want to kno.

by the time you get here, maybe the storm has passed already. it’s just signal no. 1 here in manila.. so it’s generally safe. enjoy ur trip!

Deadly Typhoon “Ondoy” Drowned Manila, Philippines 09/26/09 GOD YOU REIGN

On the morning of Sept. 26, 2009, the typhoon Ondoy (or Ketsana) drowned Metro Manila with an equivalent of one month’s worth of rain in just 6 hours.

The flood was chest deep in the blink of an eye. In some area, the water came up close to the roof of a 2 story home.

Nature killed hundreds that day and still rising.
